Evangelist Carolyn Lott

ABOUT

First Lady Carolyn Lott was born and reared in Dayton, Ohio and is the seventh child of ten children. She is a graduate of New Mexico State University, where she received her degree in Nursing. She has totally devoted her life to God and to her family. Sharing her hand in marriage is Bishop Elton T. Lott and from this union comes two beautiful daughters Chene' and La'Kia. In 1994, Carolyn accepted the call into ministry in Alamogordo, New Mexico under the spiritual tutelage of New Mexico State Missionary: Lula Kitchen. Carolyn also served as president of the Young Women's Christian Council (YWCC), within the Church of God in Christ (COGIC), teaching women of all ages Christian dynamics and how to live successfully in Christ.

San Antonio, Texas became home to the Lott family after receiving a change of duty assignment by the United States Air Force. Carolyn currently works as a Registered Nurse in the San Antonio Independent School District where she continues to minister to the needs of the youth of our Eastside community. Through an act of faith in God and total surrender to His will, Carolyn started a liturgical dance ensemble, "God's Anointed Praise" (G.A.P) in 1998. G.A.P uses American Sign Language and spiritual interpretation through dance in Praise & Worship. God has truly poured out His blessings upon them and they have grown tremendously in spirit and in truth. G.A.P members serve as role models in their community and are currently mentoring a newly formed praise dance group (ages 6-12) called "Unforbidden Praise".

Throughout the years God has used Carolyn as a willing vessel to minister His Word at various conferences and workshops, thus fulfilling the commission-"to go ye therefore and teach all nations". In 2004, Carolyn became First Lady of Temple of Praise Ministries, where she is very active in assisting her husband in the ministry of sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Carolyn continues to humbly submit herself to God as He continues to use her as an instrument of praise
the good news to the lost and encouraging the broken hearted that Jesus is the Way, the Truth and the Life.
